Size of island
Longer than current kitchen. Like table placement (hard to see in pic.) Then maybe indoor/outdoor dining area with HUGE table. Accordion windows, but an indoor/outdoor situation so whole house doesn’t get buggy.
Like the idea of a coffee station if there was room. But bar more important!
