Hallway / Wine - How expensive would this be. We can probably figure out a way to do it cheaper.
Bathroom - Disregard decorating, but like how the bath is at the end and in its own cove. Even in a six foot wide bathroom, this would be cool. Allows for a deep master. Question would be can you somehow make that a useful shower as well and tile the whole room. Probably need class then, which might defeat the purpose.
Hallway - Great mud room / entry way.
Kitchen - Like these better than a lazy susan. Perhaps?
Kitchen - Love this pantry entry way. Hidden behind normal cabinet doors.
Foyer - Need to start implementing tile into our entry ways.
Kitchen - Great ideas to maximize space and storage.
Kitchen - Metal lined sink cabinet. Great idea.
Hallway - Good use of lighting, spacing would have to be perfect though. To many and it would look stupid.
Living Room / Family Room - Great use of space for storage.
Bedroom - Not for us to finish beds this way, but really like the painted ceiling to make it a boys or girls room. Easily changed by us for whichever gender (post sale), but shows a class and detail that is easily accomplished.
Bathroom - Always going to be alot more expensive, but for single stone double vanities, having separate mirrors is a much classier looks. Whether in wall (pictured) or set-out (Marhfield powder; Racine master bath) both options are much better than solid mirror.
Laundry Room - Interesting idea to make a desk in the laundry room. If it fits great, but I would never plan around it. Does make some sense though, you can combine to messy areas, mom / dad desk for bills and all that BS and the laundry room.
Hallway - Cost permitting, nice "in wall" touch.
Kitchen - One of my favoriate kichens on all of Houzz. Not thrilled with the sink, but really like the tile to the ceiling around the window, glass cabinets (only one), counterop, floors, small wine fridge (only the necessary amount, not a show off one), wolf red appliance knobs, color of backsplash. Very good overall.
Kitchen - Just a great kitchen example overall in my mind. Would have to modernize the feel somehow for greymark projects. Backsplash could do that relatively easily. Same with cabinetry hardware (knobs are very traditional).
Kitchen - Just like this photo for some reason. Could be nice to blend in the "leathered" stone from the Marshfield basement into our next kitchen.
Kitchen - Like the herringbone kitchen tile. Not sure about the criss-cross on the base cabinets. Ceiling woodwork is very "deep".
Kitchen - Use of different color island. Movement of ceiling lights (cans) along the walkways, stools must be built in since granite doesnt' overhang (but sides look like edge to edge cabinets).
Kitchen - Alot to like here. Overlay cabinets, faced refridgerator, kitchen faucet, cabinet hardware (pull vs. knob), deepness between fridge and oven (it falls back and "opens it up"), and flooring. Don't like granite or ligthing or stove top on counter / island.
Bathroom - Hate the floor, love the wall. Great overall look.
Bathroom - Good use of cheap tile with good detail. Changes everything.
Kitchen - Like the look of the subway herringbone pattern. TBD on open shelves, can only be if there is alot of other cabinetry.
Bathroom - Just a note on what grout can do to subway tile. This vs. Marshfield is very different. Have to have the contrast to offset all the white, otherwise it just looks like a white wall.
Bathroom - Full wall subway tile.
Baseboard - Like this one alot as well. Total square back piece with angles shoe. Basic but with a more traditional flare.
Baseboard - Abosulte favorite, likely expensive.
Baseboard - Very clean and fresh. Would work well in transitional house.
Baseboard - Probably to short. Depends on ceiling height.
Baseboard - Very high end looking; likely very expensive as well.
Baseboard - One of my favorites.
