Chelsea Flat Renovaion
This flat was in desperate need of renovation. We replaced the worn out carpet with new wood planks, installed a new kitchen, new boiler and radiators. We changed the front windows and balcony door and refurbished what we could of the remaining windows. We replaced the basin unit and brassware in the bathrooms carefully, not to disturb the original marble on all the walls and floors.
