Conservatory on a Grade II Listed Cottage in Wiltshire
This charming Grade II listed property located in Bradford-on-Avon required planning permission
and listed building consent, which David Salisbury successfully achieved.
Close attention was paid to closely match the colours and aesthetics to satisfy the local planning authority and the listed building officer.
This feature gable called for perfect accuracy, due to the restricted height. We also had to ensure that the conservatory roof had the highest pitch possible.
This was a full-turnkey operation including all design work, building and electrics through to
completion.
The conservatory was painted in Mushroom which effortlessly blends with the Bath Stone bricks within the cottage walls.
