Depot Hill Craftsman
Capitola Custom Home/Rebuild. This Craftsman/Moderm Farmhouse style two-story on Depot Hill was inspired by our clients’ desire for more space in which raise their two young sons. They loved the neighborhood, which sits on the cliffs above the ocean just 100 yards from Capitola Village. After nearly complete demolition, we rebuilt the structure from an old, dark, single-story two bedroom/one bath bungalow into the beautiful three bedroom/three bathroom two-story that it is today. The owners were delighted with the transformation to the light filled, open, and very functional home shown in these photographs.
