Everything HomeOur Carmel design-build studio planned a beautiful open-concept layout for this home with a lovely kitchen, adjoining dining area, and a spacious and comfortable living space. We chose a classic blue and white palette in the kitchen, used high-quality appliances, and added plenty of storage spaces to make it a functional, hardworking kitchen. In the adjoining dining area, we added a round table with elegant chairs. The spacious living room comes alive with comfortable furniture and furnishings with fun patterns and textures. A stunning fireplace clad in a natural stone finish creates visual interest. In the powder room, we chose a lovely gray printed wallpaper, which adds a hint of elegance in an otherwise neutral but charming space.

Cure Design GroupWhen approached by local condo association, The Claytonian, they clearly were in need of a CURE. A refresh on their main foyer where residents and guests visit on the daily. Their desire to brighten up the bland and neutral entry was just what it needed. Senior Designer, Cori Dyer took to the task.
Infusing color based on existing modern abstract art, infusing a contrasting color palette and lush fabrics and textures added the freshness it needed with a comfortable sensibility.
The project included, adding new textured commercial grade carpet, refinishing the existing wood cocktail table, adding new wing back chairs with a fun fabric, a new tufted chesterfield sofa in a fresh blue velvet. Incorporating the existing lighting and artwork and re-purposing two chairs to create a separate seating area by the window!

Hayden HomesThe 1743 square foot Middleton combines luxury and space in a two-story home plan. The first floor features an expansive living room and adjoining dining room, both overlooked by an open kitchen that offers ample counter space and cupboard storage with the added convenience of a built-in desk or beverage center. Upstairs, the extravagant master suite boasts a luxurious dual vanity bathroom with a private water closet and shower, as well as an enormous closet. The two other sizeable bedrooms, each with generous closet space, share a large private bathroom and complete this well rounded home.

James McKenna MetalThe client was enthusiastic about an existing table design but needed a larger piece. A freestanding table turned out to be impractical, so I designed this floating, double-top shelf. The shelf has no connection to the wall visible from ordinary viewing angles. Yet it is strong enough to hold an adult sitting on it.
RoomService 360Excalibur Designer Mirror is simple yet full of character, featuring sleek three-dimensional profile that will find a home regardless of stylistic inclination. Manufactured in Italy by Cattelan Italia, Excalibur Mirror has an angular metal frame that's available in varnished steel, as well as in graphite or black embossed lacquered steel with Canaletto walnut inserts. Excalibur Mirror is available in three sizes.

There were many goals from the client when creating this hall display.
In the case of this entry display, it has three words; Change Your Life. Very important words to my client. A Mantra he has lived by as he fought for his life through a 6 year rehabilitation. Words he never forgets. Words he believes in and wants everyone to know and believe in.
7 mirrors. A specific number for a memorable date, and mirrors required for a personal belief about mirrors facing a door.
The sounds of peaceful running water. Soothing, healing and spiritual.
Organic healing plants, many easy to maintain succulents, and finally a transitional industrial style lamp with a grow bulb that does double duty as a night light in a hall with no electrical outlets for a night light.
The iron base of the table has a chevron shape mirrored in the console table and bookcase around the corner in the living room.
