Jetton Construction, Inc.This property was transformed from an 1870s YMCA summer camp into an eclectic family home, built to last for generations. Space was made for a growing family by excavating the slope beneath and raising the ceilings above. Every new detail was made to look vintage, retaining the core essence of the site, while state of the art whole house systems ensure that it functions like 21st century home.
This home was featured on the cover of ELLE Décor Magazine in April 2016.

DANE AUSTIN INTERIOR DESIGN Boston & CambridgeThis chic couple from Manhattan requested for a fashion-forward focus for their new Boston condominium. Textiles by Christian Lacroix, Faberge eggs, and locally designed stilettos once owned by Lady Gaga are just a few of the inspirations they offered.
Project designed by Boston interior design studio Dane Austin Design. They serve Boston, Cambridge, Hingham, Cohasset, Newton, Weston, Lexington, Concord, Dover, Andover, Gloucester, as well as surrounding areas.

Niki Landry Art & DesignThe main workspace is two side-by-side desks braced to the wall and with double file cabinets. Globe pendant lights hang above the desks to provide task lighting. Each side has double shelves for art display and storage. The existing closet doors were converted into inspiration boards.
The designer provided wall and trim paint colors, furniture, lighting, art, accessories, and furnishing selections, and developed the workspace and furniture layout.

Apartment 46 for the HomeThe guest suite has an amazing little nook that I turned into a combo laptop area and reading space for children. The wall-mounted desk keeps it roomy while the bright, bold, Timorous Beasties wallcovering makes it both interesting for the children and unexpected for adults staying there.
The 1950's gilded faux-bamboo magnet board and Chinoiserie waste basket were perfect fits for the aesthetic.
