Wine Cellar SpecialistsThis wine cellar cooling unit was covered in knotty alder, so as to blend with the knotty alder wine racks and wine cellar door in the wine cellar design in Texas.
We used US Cellar Systems' Wall Mount 3600 ductless split cooling unit, which is ideal for small wine cellars. The condensing unit was installed outdoors for a quiet operation in the cellar.

Wine Cellars by CoastalOriginally a powder bath off the living/den area, we transformed this 6' x 8' bathroom to a temperature controlled home wine cellar California. With a capacity of 470 bottles, the wine cellar adds a touch of elegance to an already beautiful home.
We had to remove the existing cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and external wall. Our creative team incorporated label forward display wine racks on the left wall, an arched tasting area at the back wall, and diamond bins on the right wall.

Wine Cellars by CoastalA clear top coat finish was applied to the Malaysian Mahogany wine racks for a more natural wine cellar design Orange County. Although the cellar measured only 6' x 8', there was room for a variety of racking styles, with to maximize the capacity and manage the collection.
In this photo, you can see the arched tasting area with a horizontal display rack below it. The top, sides, and bottom sections of the back wall racking consist of individual storage slots.

US Cellar SystemsOne of the challenges in wine room construction is the size and shape of the space. For this project, Wine Cellar Specialists had to create a beautiful and functional design for a wine cellar under the stairs. Despite the space requirements and irregular shape of the room, they were able to come up with an elegant design. To keep the wines safe, they installed a commercial grade wine cellar refrigeration unit supplied by US Cellar Systems.

Buoyant Wine Storage LLCThe WM12 is a single column wall mounted wine rack, which holds 12 bottles. The Wall mounts and hardware for for this BUOYANT® wine rack models are available in chrome and matte black. The wooden pegs are available in natural red oak and black walnut. You can also pick between regular or black 304 stainless steel cables.
Wine Cellars by CoastalThough the dim lighting makes it hard to tell, the Vintage View Platinum WS43 & WS33 Series wine racks pictured here were finished in brushed nickel, for additional aesthetic appeal. The racks also come in a variety of other finishes, including (but not limited to) copper, brass and black.
As you can see in this photo, the bottles are displayed in a horizontal orientation with the labels facing out. It makes browsing convenient. The cork remains in contact with the wine, preventing wine oxidation.

Wine Cellars by CoastalAn arch display custom wine rack CA (center) serves as the focal point of this wine room. The arch features a whittle board effect, imbuing it with a unique and eye-catching appearance. Our clients opted to use the arch display to showcase an art piece.
The solid tabletop connected to the arch serves as a convenient area for decanting and sampling wines. Individual wine racks surround the arch display area. Above the arch is a horizontal storage opening for large format bottles. We installed the cooling unit at the top right section.
The middle section consists of horizontal display rows, which pitch the bottles at an angle to keep the cork moist. At the bottom section, you can see the lattice diamond bins and more individual wine racks.

Wine Cellars by CoastalThis custom wine cellar California goes beyond words, especially for such a small space! The racking is resplendent against the neutral-hued wall, and the bottles look positively regal in their wine racking.
On this project, we combined various bottle orientations to maximize the storage capacity of the small room and to achieve a visually appealing display. The tabletop provides additional space for serving wine.

Wine Cellars by CoastalWe installed Vintage View wine racks on one wall (finished in black satin) and mahogany wine storage racking on the other (with a clear lacquered coat and finish), creating a unique and beautiful wine cellar design CA.
The Tuscan style wine cellar door matched the theme of the home. It has a wrought iron grill designed by the client. It was finished with a rustic stain.
The total capacity of the wine cellar is 514 bottles.
