As you approach the Chiara you will be struck by its exterior detailing, dramatic two-story rotunda, arched iron doorway, and cedar corbels all reminiscent of an elegant Olde World countryside home. One of the many highlights of the home is the climate controlled custom wine cellar located just off of the dining room. It features large glass panels, custom built wine storage and a crafted tasting table with a four inch slab of chiseled granite. The feel of luxury abounds throughout this home with its summer kitchen offering a Wolf/Sub-Zero appliance package, custom pool and spa, and comforting master suite with its own private patio. Previously a half bath, tucked in between the kitchen and dining room, made it the perfect space and location to create this beautiful wine cellar.

The Larson cellar utilizes quarter sawn Sapele, an African mahogany species with a rich reddish-brown tone. The use of natural stone and honed granite slab highlights the arched focal niche. Accent lighting creates a warm, dramatic feel. Opting for the inclusion of spent wine barrels gave this cellar a sense of rustic country charm, and the bronze screened doors impart an old-timey root cellar touch. B.T. Photography

This ceiling is a restoration job inside the project to build the Picasso Museum in the city of Malaga, which was leaded by the laureate American architect Mr. Richard Gluckman. This original ceiling was already in the 16th century palace but it needed a complete reconstruction since the original was destroyed by a fire. This particular pictures belong to the exhibition "Room X" of the museum which has a Renaissance style.

Lower level, custom wine cellar with glass wall entry. Fantastic ceiling detail overhead is only one of the multitude of design features that makes this an amazing wine experience. Wine displays facing the tasting room highlight this collection. LED accent lighting on dimmable transformers set the mood.

Spanish Revival,Spanish Colonial The Dining Room is a unique, one-of-a-kind space, allowing for both extended exterior views and uncompromised intimacy. This is achieved with a Wine Cellar directly below the Dining Room, crafted from old world brick and modern glass cabinets that project upward through a glass floor connecting to the Dining Room and flowing into a classic barrel ceiling. The spectacular exterior views are enhanced by slide-away glass walls that can be concealed completely, opening the dining experience to the outdoors.
