The sheer size of the home allows for various ‘experiences’; from a rec room perfect for hosting game day and an eat-in wine room escape on the lower-level, to a calming 2-story family greatroom on the main. Floors are connected by freestanding stairs, framing a custom cascading-pendant light, backed by a stone accent wall, and facing a 3-story waterfall. A custom metal art installation, templated from a cherished tree on the property, both brings nature inside and showcases the immense vertical volume of the house.

Wineware Racks and Accessories LtdLarge underground wine cellar for a private home in East Sussex, UK. The wine room is filled with a combination of individual bottle racking, display racks, storage cubes, work surfaces and slide out shelves for case racks, all of which are made from solid pine with an oak. The wine room in total can store over 1000 bottles.

Senior designer, Ayca, utilized onyx stone for the accent walls to steer away from the traditional and create the perfect statement piece for this one-of-a-kind design. Upon opening the wine cellar door, you are struck by the stunning colors and movements within the onyx walls, complemented by the intricate asymmetrical shelving and cabinetry that incorporates rich natural wood. Backlighting and framing create two focal points within the space, emphasizing the true beauty of the agate stone. This star piece, along with solid stain walnut cabinets, custom shelving, and steel wine peg inserts seamlessly blend within this chilled and temperature-controlled bar. This wine cellar is a hidden gem within this modern transitional home.

Vinomagna Wine CellarsVinomagna has built a team of skilled craftsmen and engineers coming from within the cabinet making and climate control industries. This has been the foundation training ground for our team. Vinomagna has delivered multiple projects internationally with a solid client testimonial reference base. When approached to design this wine and cigar space the client had a clear vision of how he intended to use the space. This particular international project was for a collector and connoisseur of wine and cigars.
Climate control and Wine refrigeration Specialists:
The project required a team capable of a full understanding of mechanical and electrical installations. Along with the cabinetry refrigeration came the heating and cooling of the lounge space. Wine cellar builders who could also maintain comfortable lounge temperatures was a paramount design consideration. Yet still, store wine at 12-14°c behind single glazed wine displays without the displays misted in dew point condensation.
In addition, store cigars at 18°c with higher humidity than the rest of the lounge. The client also planned to smoke cigars within the space. So required a concealed powerful supply and extract venting and air conditioning installation. The client understood he required more than just ‘Wine Cellar Builders’ to take on this project. A company that could exhibit the experience and track record in the design and fit-out of such wine and cigar spaces.

Vintage CellarsWelcome to this modern / contemporary masterpiece of a wine cellar in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, California. This wine room boasts backlit metal panels with metal pegs and cradles, all fully visible through floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. The aesthetic of glass and metal is accentuated by the homeowner's style - modern, chic and clean as can be. Contemporary wine cellars such as this beauty have become all the rage, as they work both functionally and as a major centerpoint in any home to show off your favorite bottles and labels.
This mid-sized custom wine cellar was created by Wine Cellar Builders Vintage Cellars, out of San Diego, California. The wine cellar design team at Vintage Cellars worked closely with this home owner to design and build a wine storage space with a very specific design and style in mind. 500 wine bottle capacity, Sleek clean lines, back lighting to make everything pop to the eye, and maximizing glass for a unique and seamless look. The smooth ceramic grey tile throughout the living room matches the metal panels and wine racks beautifully.
Each panel holds a varying amount of wine bottles, storing them horizontally and and at proper angles to ensure that each cork is kept wet.
