Randa Kort Interior Architecture & DesignAfter carefully planning the space and consulting with building control and a structural engineer, we have successfully designed a master bedroom with a wall that can accommodate a queen size bed. The bedroom has a Japandi style, featuring natural oak slats, a dropped ceiling with warm, dimmable lights, and a pocket for the window treatment.
MAKHNO studioThe owner travels a lot, especially because she loves Thailand and Sri Lanka. These countries tend to mix modernity with traditions, and we did the same in the interior. Despite quite natural and rustic feels, the apartment is equipped with hi-tech amenities that guarantee a comfortable life. It’s like a bungalow made of wood, clay, linen and all-natural. Handmade light is an important part of every MAKHNO Studio project. Wabi Sabi searches for simplicity and harmony with nature.
U DESIGNous avons créé une suite, accessible par le dressing et qui nous mène à la salle de bains.
Pour cette partie nuit, nous avons opté pour des tons verts qui s'associent parfaitement au parquet pour créer une atmosphère paisible. Un papier peint aux motifs végétaux en tête de lit donne immédiatement tout son caractère à cet espace. Il réchauffe et habille cet espace très haut de plafond qui aurait sans cela pu paraître froid. De longs rideaux opaques beiges contribuent également à la sensation de confort créée dans cette pièce.
Simpson & VoyleLuxury and soft tones for this principle bedroom. With the introduction of gorgeous carpets and a velvet headboard, alongside the subtle use of print on the cushions, combine to create a sanctuary of calm and luxury. The brass detail on the bedside lights also give a flavour of the past with a nod to the 1950’s in design.

IQ Glass UKThe Modern apartments of Tower 25 overlooking the city of Nicosia Cyprus. This structure is 10 stories tall and features 6 office floors, 2 residential floors and 2 shopping floors for the ultimate all-purpose building.
Level StudioAn intimate, dark bedroom creates a relaxing space to sleep with a subdued palette and pops of yellow. The bed is also very functional with concealed storage underneath.
Cathie Hong InteriorsWe updated this century-old iconic Edwardian San Francisco home to meet the homeowners' modern-day requirements while still retaining the original charm and architecture. The color palette was earthy and warm to play nicely with the warm wood tones found in the original wood floors, trim, doors and casework.

The black windows add a modern touch and create a striking contrast against the surrounding elements. The floral accent wall brings a pop of color and visual interest, adding a touch of personality to the room. A gray canvas bed frame serves as a comfortable and stylish centerpiece, complemented by a matching gray rug that adds texture and softness to the space. The gray shiplap wall adds a rustic charm and creates a cozy atmosphere. Gray wood end tables provide practical surfaces for guests to place their belongings or personal items. White table lamps on the end tables provide warm and ambient lighting for the space. The Kelso's Guest Bed Drop Zone is designed to make guests feel comfortable and well-taken care of, while also showcasing stylish design elements that enhance the overall aesthetic.
Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncAn original 1930’s English Tudor with only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath spanning about 1730 sq.ft. was purchased by a family with 2 amazing young kids, we saw the potential of this property to become a wonderful nest for the family to grow.
The plan was to reach a 2550 sq. ft. home with 4 bedroom and 4 baths spanning over 2 stories.
With continuation of the exiting architectural style of the existing home.
A large 1000sq. ft. addition was constructed at the back portion of the house to include the expended master bedroom and a second-floor guest suite with a large observation balcony overlooking the mountains of Angeles Forest.
An L shape staircase leading to the upstairs creates a moment of modern art with an all white walls and ceilings of this vaulted space act as a picture frame for a tall window facing the northern mountains almost as a live landscape painting that changes throughout the different times of day.
Tall high sloped roof created an amazing, vaulted space in the guest suite with 4 uniquely designed windows extruding out with separate gable roof above.
The downstairs bedroom boasts 9’ ceilings, extremely tall windows to enjoy the greenery of the backyard, vertical wood paneling on the walls add a warmth that is not seen very often in today’s new build.
The master bathroom has a showcase 42sq. walk-in shower with its own private south facing window to illuminate the space with natural morning light. A larger format wood siding was using for the vanity backsplash wall and a private water closet for privacy.
In the interior reconfiguration and remodel portion of the project the area serving as a family room was transformed to an additional bedroom with a private bath, a laundry room and hallway.
The old bathroom was divided with a wall and a pocket door into a powder room the leads to a tub room.
The biggest change was the kitchen area, as befitting to the 1930’s the dining room, kitchen, utility room and laundry room were all compartmentalized and enclosed.
We eliminated all these partitions and walls to create a large open kitchen area that is completely open to the vaulted dining room. This way the natural light the washes the kitchen in the morning and the rays of sun that hit the dining room in the afternoon can be shared by the two areas.
The opening to the living room remained only at 8’ to keep a division of space.

Amanda V InteriorsWe had so much fun with this project! The client wanted a bedroom refresh as they had not done much to it since they had moved in 5 years ago. As a space you are in every single night (and day!), your bedroom should be a place where you can relax and enjoy every minute. We worked with the clients favorite color (navy!) to create a beautiful blue grasscloth textured wall behind their bed to really make their furniture pop and add some dimension to the room. New lamps in their favorite finish (gold!) were added to create additional lighting moments when the shades go down. Adding beautiful sheer window treatments allowed the clients to keep some softness in the room even when the blackout shades were down. Fresh bedding and some new accessories were added to complete the room.
Hercules Design BuildOur clients wanted an upgraded, more spacious master suite. They leaned towards a mid-century modern look with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. We designed a clean, modern, and light-filled bedroom that showcases their carefully chosen furnishings.

Choosing bright and colourful wallpapers, playful patterns and bold colours to match our wonderful clients’ taste and personalities, careful consideration was given to each and every independently-designed room.
Sarah Rice Design LLCThis gorgeous primary bedroom got a whole new look with a fresh color palette. We painted the entire room (and ceiling) a soft white called Night Blooming Jasmine by Behr. The accent wall was painted in Asphalt Gray by Behr. We updated the bedding, installed new curtains, curtain rod, tiebacks, rug, accent chair, nightstands, ceiling fan, and accent decor. Additionally, I painted a custom 5' x 4' abstract painting for the wall by the bed. This room has an incredibly calm and peaceful feeling without sacrificing sophistication and style.
