Interior Re-Styling LLC.Before this remodel the support pole seemed like it was right in the middle of traffic pattern. I moved the refrigerator from the opposite kitchenette corner and ran the counter tops in a 'U' shape and created a peninsula that added seating, increased the counter space, improved flow in and out of the kitchen and removed the nuisance of the support pole.
Monarch Kitchen Design StudioThis homeowner had a very traditional house with lots of dark and cherry wood. They wanted to make sure that the kitchen reflected the same style as the rest of the house. The copper is so warm and rich and it turned out beautifully!
Willet Construction Inc.The kitchen sink was placed at an angle for better views and communication. The undermount sink is surrounded by Midnight Majesty quartz countertop that has flecks of color that coordinate with the wall tile. Open shelving was used, rather than upper cabinets, for display.

The large, curved island is a great hub for the kitchen, able to seat 7 on the curved side. The island material is quarter-sawn oak while the perimeter cabinets are in rustic alder.
