Jubilee InteriorsThis full home mid-century remodel project is in an affluent community perched on the hills known for its spectacular views of Los Angeles. Our retired clients were returning to sunny Los Angeles from South Carolina. Amidst the pandemic, they embarked on a two-year-long remodel with us - a heartfelt journey to transform their residence into a personalized sanctuary.
Opting for a crisp white interior, we provided the perfect canvas to showcase the couple's legacy art pieces throughout the home. Carefully curating furnishings that complemented rather than competed with their remarkable collection. It's minimalistic and inviting. We created a space where every element resonated with their story, infusing warmth and character into their newly revitalized soulful home.
Fireclay TilePlaying off the grey subway tile in this bathroom, the herringbone-patterned thin brick adds sumptuous texture to the floor.

Amy Carman DesignWhen planning this custom residence, the owners had a clear vision – to create an inviting home for their family, with plenty of opportunities to entertain, play, and relax and unwind. They asked for an interior that was approachable and rugged, with an aesthetic that would stand the test of time. Amy Carman Design was tasked with designing all of the millwork, custom cabinetry and interior architecture throughout, including a private theater, lower level bar, game room and a sport court. A materials palette of reclaimed barn wood, gray-washed oak, natural stone, black windows, handmade and vintage-inspired tile, and a mix of white and stained woodwork help set the stage for the furnishings. This down-to-earth vibe carries through to every piece of furniture, artwork, light fixture and textile in the home, creating an overall sense of warmth and authenticity.
Leicht Westchester-GreenwichA special LEICHT Westchester | Greenwich project.
Located in Chappaqua, Westchester County, NY. this beautiful project was done in two phases, guest house first and then the main house.
In the main house, we did the kitchen and butler pantry, living area and bar, laundry room; master bathroom and master closet, three bathrooms.
In the guest house, we did the kitchen and bar; laundry; guest bath and master bath.
All LEICHT.
All cabinetry is "CARRE FS" in Frosty White finish color and the wood you see is all TOPOS in walnut color.

Factor Design BuildThe master bathroom is large with plenty of built-in storage space and double vanity. The countertops carry on from the kitchen. A large freestanding tub sits adjacent to the window next to the large stand-up shower. The floor is a dark great chevron tile pattern that grounds the lighter design finishes.
Lori Dennis, ASID, LEED APLarge and modern master bathroom primary bathroom. Grey and white marble paired with warm wood flooring and door. Expansive curbless shower and freestanding tub sit on raised platform with LED light strip. Modern glass pendants and small black side table add depth to the white grey and wood bathroom. Large skylights act as modern coffered ceiling flooding the room with natural light.
J.P. Hoffman Design BuildBack to back bathroom vanities make quite a unique statement in this main bathroom. Add a luxury soaker tub, walk-in shower and white shiplap walls, and you have a retreat spa like no where else in the house!
TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

Alair Homes PlanoThis once dated master suite is now a bright and eclectic space with influence from the homeowners travels abroad. We transformed their overly large bathroom with dysfunctional square footage into cohesive space meant for luxury. We created a large open, walk in shower adorned by a leathered stone slab. The new master closet is adorned with warmth from bird wallpaper and a robin's egg blue chest. We were able to create another bedroom from the excess space in the redesign. The frosted glass french doors, blue walls and special wall paper tie into the feel of the home. In the bathroom, the Bain Ultra freestanding tub below is the focal point of this new space. Barbra Bright DesignThis contemporary master bathroom has all the elements of a roman bath—it’s beautiful, serene and decadent. Double showers and a partially sunken Jacuzzi add to its’ functionality.
The glass shower enclosure bridges the full height of the angled ceilings—120” h. The floor of the bathroom and shower are on the same plane which eliminates that pesky shower curb. The linear drain is understated and cool.

Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry in the Canterbury door style, featured in elegant walnut in a fossil matte finish, creates a refined and relaxing mood. A double-sink vanity, oversized linen cabinet and a custom vertical unit (complete with clever jewelry storage!) makes this room as practical as it is luxurious! This bathroom is resort living in the comfort of your own home!
