806 Outdoors Ltd CoWe had the awesome opportunity to complete this 8ft Western Red Cedar board-on-board privacy fence that included metal gate frames with industrial hinges and 2x6 single stage trim cap. We used exterior rated GRK screws for 100% of the installation, not a single nail on the entire project. The project also included demolition and removal of a failed retaining wall followed by the form up and pouring of a new 24” tall concrete retaining wall. As always we are grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing clients who allow us to turn ideas into reality. Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.This is the grotto area that we constructed beside the natural creek that runs about 200 feet from our clients house. We ran electrical, gas, and water to the grotto and installed our own hydrant below frost. We built a concrete sunken boiler room that houses the boiler to heat the spa and the flagstone patio. The boiler room also houses the auto-fill and auto-chem feeder for the spa.

Features that are unique to this property include a gorgeous palm tree, a crusher cone fire pit, and a custom-designed covered structure. The dog run was also added in such a place to be accessible from the enlarged deck, allowing for easy canine access.
Our clients are thrilled with their new backyard space! With it checking off each item on their list, they can now enjoy their outdoor entertaining space for years to come!
CarsonSpeer BuildersThis treehouse comes complete with a front porch and sleeping loft. The railings and banisters were all sourced and built on site. Rubber inner tube and wire ties make the roof water tight at the penetrations and still allow for the trees to grow. Reclaimed windows and doors completed the construction.
