Lynda Bittner Home Interiors, LLCTwo workspaces, ample hidden and open storage, a space for a large TV, and a reading-lounge area was the large order for this small space. Adding to the challenge was a full french door and two large windows taking up the longest walls in the room topped off by an odd corner build out on the remaining two walls. The solution: wrap the walls in storage (virtually hiding the odd corner build out), using the full height of the walls for storage. Add a two sided peninsulas desk along with a hidden computer desk leaving ample open space to place a lounge chair and side table. The TV, not currently shown in the room, can be placed in large open shelf area for viewing from the lounge chair or desk area.
The results…one hard working office that will make any task worth tacking, feel like a pleasure!

Haus of Rowe InteriorsWe transformed this barely used Sunroom into a fully functional home office because ...well, Covid. We opted for a dark and dramatic wall and ceiling color, BM Black Beauty, after learning about the homeowners love for all things equestrian. This moody color envelopes the space and we added texture with wood elements and brushed brass accents to shine against the black backdrop.
CJC InteriorsThis in-home daycare needed a durable design, extra table space, storage galore and a lot of seating. This home office corner combines all of the above, with affordable desk space, reclaimed wood shelves, and neutral gray color schemes.
Waypoint Living SpacesThe same shaker-style wall cabinets in Waypoint 650 Painted Linen from the kitchen are used in the adjacent studio office for a consistent look and feel. The built-ins provide plenty of storage with a smaller foot-print than a free-standing desk and typical bedroom furniture. The louvered panel drops down to reveal a hide-away bed and the desk surface becomes the support.

I was charged with creating a space for the heating system, laundry, office and wine bar. I think it tuned out perfect. The island LED setting is set at green if you scroll you will see it set at violet .
