GB General ContractorsHomeowner and GB General Contractors Inc had a long-standing relationship, this project was the 3rd time that the Owners’ and Contractor had worked together on remodeling or build. Owners’ wanted to do a small remodel on their 1970's brick home in preparation for their upcoming retirement.
In the beginning "the idea" was to make a few changes, the final result, however, turned to a complete demo (down to studs) of the existing 2500 sf including the addition of an enclosed patio and oversized 2 car garage.
Contractor and Owners’ worked seamlessly together to create a home that can be enjoyed and cherished by the family for years to come. The Owners’ dreams of a modern farmhouse with "old world styles" by incorporating repurposed wood, doors, and other material from a barn that was on the property.
The transforming was stunning, from dark and dated to a bright, spacious, and functional. The entire project is a perfect example of close communication between Owners and Contractors.

The cul-de-sac lot provides extensive privacy while being perfectly situated to get the southwestern Floridian exposure. A few special features include the upstairs loft area overlooking the pool and golf course, gorgeous chef's kitchen with upgraded appliances, and the entrance which shows an expansive formal room with incredible views. The atrium to the left of the house provides a wonderful escape for horticulture enthusiasts, and the 4 car garage is perfect for those expensive collections! The upstairs loft is the perfect area to sit back, relax and overlook the beautiful scenery located right outside the walls. The curb appeal is tremendous. This is a dream, and you get it all while being located in the boutique community of Renaissance, known for it's Arthur Hills Championship golf course!

Soul Interiors Design, LLCThis guest bathroom designed by our Pasadena studio showcases a Spanish colonial look. We maximized space by clubbing the tub and shower and enclosed it with glass to give an open feel. The vanity features double sinks and mirrors with adequate storage, and the decorative floor is the visual highlight of the space.

Change Your Bathroom©The goal of this project was to upgrade the builder grade finishes and create an ergonomic space that had a contemporary feel. This bathroom transformed from a standard, builder grade bathroom to a contemporary urban oasis. This was one of my favorite projects, I know I say that about most of my projects but this one really took an amazing transformation. By removing the walls surrounding the shower and relocating the toilet it visually opened up the space. Creating a deeper shower allowed for the tub to be incorporated into the wet area. Adding a LED panel in the back of the shower gave the illusion of a depth and created a unique storage ledge. A custom vanity keeps a clean front with different storage options and linear limestone draws the eye towards the stacked stone accent wall.

The layout of this bathroom was opened up to get rid of the hallway effect, being only 7 foot wide, this bathroom needed all the width it could muster. Using light flooring in the form of natural lime stone 12x24 tiles with a linear pattern, it really draws the eye down the length of the room which is what we needed. Then, breaking up the space a little with the stone pebble flooring in the shower, this client enjoyed his time living in Japan and wanted to incorporate some of the elements that he appreciated while living there. The dark stacked stone feature wall behind the tub is the perfect backdrop for the LED panel, giving the illusion of a window and also creates a cool storage shelf for the tub. A narrow, but tasteful, oval freestanding tub fit effortlessly in the back of the shower. With a sloped floor, ensuring no standing water either in the shower floor or behind the tub, every thought went into engineering this Atlanta bathroom to last the test of time. With now adequate space in the shower, there was space for adjacent shower heads controlled by Kohler digital valves. A hand wand was added for use and convenience of cleaning as well. On the vanity are semi-vessel sinks which give the appearance of vessel sinks, but with the added benefit of a deeper, rounded basin to avoid splashing. Wall mounted faucets add sophistication as well as less cleaning maintenance over time. The custom vanity is streamlined with drawers, doors and a pull out for a can or hamper.
A wonderful project and equally wonderful client. I really enjoyed working with this client and the creative direction of this project.

A pair of closets and element of a previous bathroom formed this large jack and jill bath. We featured a 3-dimensional wave wall tile at an oversize format of 13” x 40”. Brushed fantasy white stone with heavy grey veining, wraps the shower seating and countertop.

WC Design CenterLast, but not least, we created a master bath oasis for this amazing family to relax in... look at that flooring! The space had an angular shape, so we made the most of the area by creating a spacious walk-in shower with bench seat. The freestanding soaking tub is a focal point and provides hours of relaxation after a long day. The double sink vanity and full wall mirror round out the room and make husband and wife getting ready a breeze.
