TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

Angie Keyes CKBDThis Condo was in sad shape. The clients bought and knew it was going to need a over hall. We opened the kitchen to the living, dining, and lanai. Removed doors that were not needed in the hall to give the space a more open feeling as you move though the condo. The bathroom were gutted and re - invented to storage galore. All the while keeping in the coastal style the clients desired. Navy was the accent color we used throughout the condo. This new look is the clients to a tee.
Kate Roos Design LLCGrey plank flooring, white subway tile and walnut cabinetry complete the modern look while keeping the windowless space fresh, light and easy to clean.
Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc.The goal of this bath was to create a spa-like feel. Opting for the dominant color of white accented by sage green contributed to the successful outcome. A 54” white vanity with double sinks topped with Carrera marble continued the monochromatic color scheme. The Eva collection of Moen brand fixtures in a brushed nickel finish were selected for the faucet, towel ring, paper holder, and towel bars. Double bands of glass mosaic tile and niche backing accented the 3x6 Brennero Carrera tile on the shower walls. A Moentrol valve faucet was installed in the shower in order to have force and flow balance.
York House DesignsStretching wall-to-wall, the glass floating effect of this mirrored vanity unit not only looks incredible but also cleverly amplifies the perception of space. Beneath its sleek exterior lies an abundance of storage, effortlessly catering to the varied needs of a family bathroom. A testament to how aesthetic elegance and practicality can coexist, making it an indispensable centrepiece for any family-oriented bathroom design.

Pinnacle Design & RemodelingThis master ensuite needed a little face-lifting. We helped take the original bathroom design and turn it into a warm but transitional design with pops of green and white.
Bobeche InteriorsFeature wall on a corner freestanding bathtub.
A serene master ensuite with modern black hardware, a large corner glass shower. Large format tiles for a clean modern look, contrasted with mini chevron creating subtle texture and pattern. A dark blue vanity for brings a trendy highlight that is not over powering.
Interiors 4 UBath needed an update after 20+ years. Narrow bath room with full tub and shower. Quartzite countertop called Taj Mahal with the brushed gold fixtures.

Cyr Kitchen and BathThis bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This remodel features Cabico Essence cabinets with maple wood, Stretto door style (flat panel) and Bonavista (blue paint) finish. This remodel also features LG viatera Quartz countertop with Rococo color and standard edge. This also was used for shelves in the shower. The floor and shower walls is 12” x 24” by Mediterranean with Marmol Venatino color in honed. The shampoo niche is also in the same tile and color but in 2” x 2” size in honed. Other features includes Maax tub in white, Moen chrome faucet, Kohler Caxton white sink, Moen Chrome Showerhead, Moen Chrome Valve Trim, Moen Flara Chrome light fixture, Moen chrome Towel Ring, and Moen chrome double robe hook. The hardware is by Amerock with Chrome Handles and Knobs.
