- All finished with stone
The ceiling is finished with cedar tongue and groove stained ceiling. The project features a beautiful open webbed gable.

Schulte Design BuildOur clients wanted to create an outdoor oasis fit for entertaining. Schulte designed and built the pond structure, front gate, and pavilion – complete with gas fireplace and hot tub. A basement room was outfitted with French doors, custom cabinetry with built-in Murphy bed, and small wet bar; the small adjoining bathroom was remodeled to coordinate – a perfect entertaining room that doubles as a guest room. Schulte collaborated with Cambia to integrate the beautiful landscaping. The results are spectacular!
TCP Custom Outdoor LivingThis beautiful free standing covered patio stands out with a barrel roof and ceiling. The extended accent pergolas on both sides widens the outdoor living area. The fireplace has a cast stone mantle that creates a beautiful focal point for the project. There’s wood storage with cast stone caps on both sides of fire place for added functionality.

The ceiling is pre-stained tongue and groove in a Smokey Bourbon color.

Starting with skylights allowing daylight to pour in, we added heaters for those long winter months, a powerful fireplace and a fan to circulate air. Accent lighting and built in Sonos speakers for entertaining and a swing bed the size of a twin mattress. What's not to love?

Pearl RemodelingWe built this custom adjustable aluminum patio cover for your clients in Sherman Oaks. This patio cover has two fans and an adjustable roof that can open up to be a lattice. It also had two electrical outlets so you can bring your devices with you as you lounge underneath the patio. We also built a custom fireplace next to the patio cover. We installed brand new turf and beautiful concrete slabs with rock decorations to liven up the backyard along with the new patio.
