Kern Place Basement Remodel
View into the basement after the wall was removed. The main floor has had the original oak refinished, but the stairs never even had hardwood on them. Not only did we have to install the oak on the stairs, but then we had to "patina" it to match the 100-year-old floor on the main level. It came out fabulous!
