Living Room Design
This open and welcoming space needed to appeal to a broad market as it was a first rental. Comfort and durability was an important factor as well as maximising the amount of natural light. Choosing a soft clay palette to compliment the flooring was an integral element. As with any space the principal furniture was key, a rich navy sofa in an L- shaped configuration suited the space perfectly. While being an open space there was further scope for a home office or indeed a social space for a family gathering. The end result was of comfort and elegance with a contemporary twist.
