One Thousand Ocean
The One Thousand Ocean luxury condominium houses 52 waterfront units through 8 stories, on the point of the Boca Raton Inlet. With complete surrounding water views of the Atlantic and the Intracoastal, each apartment has its own unique characteristics and features. The concept of this building was a site specific design incorporating concrete, wood, steel, and glass to take full advantage of all prevailing winds and 360 degree views. The plan was designed around the organic shape of the nautilus, the freer of all space and giver of all life. A form that is actually ever present in nature, it allows the building to seamlessly coexist with the surrounding tropical environment.
