Cedar soffits with modern recessed lights add character to this 1950's remodeled rambler. The house was encased in HardiePlank concrete lap siding, french doors replaced an existing slider, a decorative side door brings more light to the breakfast nook and bar area, while the electrical panel was relocated outside to provide room for a 1/2 bath inside. Irrigation improvements and a multi-colored brick paver back patio bring function and style to this entertainment area.
