Terraced garden
A slope both front to back and left to right made this garden a challenge to design. It's very much work in progress but has already been transformed by creating terracing to enable distinct areas for eating, relaxing and entertaining. The property has a strong line of symmetry which we will continue into the garden with a generous, central staircase and, eventually, a striking focal point at the end of the garden. All the hard landscaping will be softened with naturalistic planting and a soft colour palette.
This project is being completed in stages.
