Wheelchair Ramp
On this project we designed and built a custom wheelchair ramp. The minimum code requirements for wheelchair ramps is 1:12, which mean that for every inch we come up we need one foot of ramp. This can often lead to extremely long ramps and when the space is not available a wheelchair lift is the best option. In this case the rise to the front door was only 16" and we were able to tie it into the driveway for easy coming and going.
