Wooden Light
The Wooden Light is based on the same folding principle as the Copper Light, but made of wood veneer! Simply by folding, a thin sheet can be used to construct stable forms. This principle defines the shape and aesthetics of the Wooden Light. For precise bending, the lines have been laser cut into the material. The sheets are then folded and assembled by hand in The Netherlands. The Wooden Light has a white interior which creates 'neutral' light.
This lamp has originally been designed in copper as the Copper Light, also available via Vij5. Another variation of this lamp is the Brass Light, made with a thin brass sheet.
