We just completed the first phase of our remodel. As with any construction there are always unexpected challenges. What makes Houston Window Experts stand out above any other company I have dealt with is the culture of integrity and customer service that Jeff has instilled. They were with us every step of the way as we navigated challenges and came up with solutions. From the first time we met Calvin we realized he was not interested in selling us anything. What he was interested in was making our vision come true and making sure we will be happy. He took a lot of time answering the endless number of questions we would come up with. He helped find solutions to every challenge we encountered. Brian was invaluable in our renovation. He made sure that every detail was taken care of. His experience and knowledge meant that our home was left structurally stronger and better than when we started. The folks at Houston Window Experts are hands down the best people I have ever met. They are professional, kind, and caring. They take a genuine interest in your project and pride themselves in making you happy. I have attached some pictures of before and after. I have also asked HWE to change the rest of the windows in my house. I am looking forward to it and will post more pictures once that is complete!

Houston Window Experts supplied all the windows in my new home. I wished I had contacted Jeff during the design stage. He could have eliminated some windows for us and had the same affect. So call him early in the planning stage. He always returns calls in a very timely manner.

I’m not one that normally takes the time to write reviews. But I absolutely had to write a review about Houston Window Experts. I recently purchase a new home that needed the windows and French doors replaced. After receiving several different bids I ended up choosing Houston Window Experts and I am so glad I did. This is by far the best crew I have ever worked with. It started with Jeff coming out taking measurements and walking me through my options. He then provided a bid on the spot. Jeff was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to show me which options would work best for my style of house, house colour and customized openings. Next, was the follow up appointment with Jeremy who took final measurements and walked me through the whole job. Jeremy explained how the crew would remove and install each window/door, how they would tie into existing structures and how they would finish up the installation paying the upmost attention to trim, sills and thresholds. Once the materials were received and the crew was scheduled it only took two days to remove and install 7 windows and 3 sets of French doors. The crew was prompt, professional, courteous and immaculate. Each day when I got home I couldn’t even tell they had been there (yes I left them alone in the house while at work). I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the end results. The windows and doors look great and I get tremendous amounts of compliments. I was so impressed with their work that I called them when an unrelated issue come up on my house. They were extremely nice and took the time to help me. We hired Houston Window Experts to replace all of the windows (25) in our 1929 Montrose duplex. We went from original painted shut rope and weight windows to new Milgard windows with screens! The team that performed the installation was great; skilled in their trade and super courteous. We ran into a small glitch during the installation related to the age/condition of our home but Jeff took care of it swiftly in a way that was fair for everyone. There are many window installers in Houston; I'm glad that we chose this one to fulfill our job.

We decided to replace all windows in our house plus a door that goes out to the pool area. We called Jeff Ludy at Houston Window Experts and they came out and gave us a quote. The whole process was very professional and no high pressure tactics which most all window companies here in Houston engage in, when they come out to give you a quote. We were very happy with Jeff and his company from start to finish, and we have since recommended them to several neighbors. In fact, they were recommended to us by another neighbor who also had been through the awful and annoying high pressure tactics of other window companies. We were looking for a company that sold Milgard windows and chose this company to come out and gives us a quote because of their great BBB rating and informative website. The owner, Jeff Ludy, came out and measured all of our windows and gave us some ideas that we hadn't thought about for our large kitchen window and two large front windows. He was able to quickly provide us with a quote and promptly answered our questions as well as a list of previous customers whom we reached out to before making our final decision. I wasn't pleased at first with the install team since it was subcontractors and not their own contractors as he as stated it would be. They were a bit disorganized and I didn't care for the fact that they wanted to use our facilities and microwave everyday and broke one of the windows when trying to install. However, they did make up for it by replacing a lot of the rotten wood around some of the windows which was not part of the install. I have only had two issues with my windows thus far and they were handled promptly by this company and Milgard. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

We spent the better part of two years researching a company to install windows in our Kingwood home. We interviewed many, if not most, of the A rated companies on Angie's List. When we found Jeff Ludy and Houston Windows Experts we new our search was FINALLY over. This was the first person we had in our home to sell us windows that didn't come off like a used car salesman. He was honest and forthright. In the end they sold us and installed a quality product that we remain very happy wiith. This company was great to deal with every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking to have Windows installed in your home, trust me, these are the people to do it.

After reviewing plenty of window contractor websites and getting 3 in-home estimates, we decided to go with Houston Window Experts. With Jeff's initial visit, he appeared more concerned with our needs than what he could convince us to purchase. He gave very good advice. We were particularly impressed that it was a NO PRESSURE visit (unlike the other 2 contractors). He worked within our budget and offered up some good quality options. After mulling it over we went with them and were not disappointed. The crew was very diligent about cleaning up after themselves and installed high quality Milgard vinyl windows. What I feel is pertinent about writing this over 1 year after we had them installed is that the windows still look great and the quality of installation shows. After all, if the installers aren't good craftsmen, it doesn't matter how good of a window you bought if it's poorly installed. We did half of the house to start and are having Jeff and his crew come back to replace the other half of the house later this year. Would highly recommend!

The quality of the windows that were installed were first class. The installers id a great job and cleaned up behind them, both inside and outside. We notice a very significant difference inside the house after installation in terms of comfort, reduced energy costs (for heating and cooling).
