“Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with for the sale of my Westwood condo. I was referred through my Stanford network. The things that stood out the most about Bruno to me were his responsiveness / follow up and attention to detail (going above what is required of an agent). It was also important to me to engage an energetic and tech / social media savvy agent in today's competitive brokerage environment (which Bruno is). My condo ended up selling for approximately 10% above asking price after receiving 7 offers the week after the first Sunday open house. “When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. Selling a house doesn't need to be a nightmare, if you have the right agent! I cant thank Kim Wells enough. I Highly recommend her!”
