“I found this company through a year of Google searches and online research. I then started contacting John (owner) through phone calls and email. He took the time to discuss his splash pads, installation, guarantee and costs right away. I didn't have to wait weeks to get any answers. My pad was installed by the company as soon as the features were ready. John and his crew were great. I couldn't believe how hard they worked, arriving before noon and working well into the night. It was fun to watch the steps of installation and see what makes these go! It's definitely a QUALITY product, done by PROFESSIONAL installers that know what they're doing. Costumer service and after care with this company has proven to be exemplary, especially for being as small an operation as it is. These guys are always traveling and always working, but I've never had to wait for an answer to any questions I've had. Now my husband wants to buy a new house because my kids are outgrowing the one we have, and all I can think of is my splash pad. If I do move, I will surely be contacting My Splash Pad for a new installation. Honestly some of my favorite contractors to see.”
