The crew was top notch and completed our front yard in only one day. We had an underground leak in one of our sprinkler pipes in our flower bed and they fixed it without charge. “Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result.

“My search for getting a paving company which also understands landscaping, is flexible to work though customers where despite plans, ideas change, is reasonable, timely, consultative without being pushy or selling, does not nick and dime every angle - all came to an end with Patrick Hannan from Atlas Pavers. I have a sizable backyard with had old style pavers, tons of curvy landscaping and bushes growing everywhere. All got magically converted to a modern contemporary backyard with clean lines and porcelain pavers. The whole backyard now looks amazing, with minimalist and clean look, tons of lighting, drought resistant shrubs and grasses, a fountain ... the list goes on. The price they quoted was competitive and they did not play around with it despite me changing few core specs. Followed though with service requests after few months of paver settling down as well.
