“I built a new house last year including extensive hardscaping on a gentle slope. As a key part of the project, Ryan Marlinghaus and his crew installed several hundred linear feet of Perktop walkways. They were a joy to work with and the finished product is beautiful as well as practical. Rainwater drains through the PerkTop capped concrete as fast as through decomposed granite (DG) without the mess (does not get tracked into the house) and maintenance associated with DG. I can highly recommend Pervious Products.”

We envisioned something that we wanted, but Adam gave us some really good suggestions and we ended up going with his design. We don't regret it at all because it looks amazing. We weren't quite ready to jump in and get it done, and Adam was not pushy at all with his sales, which I really appreciated. After a few months we decided to go with them and the house looks great. Adam kept tabs on all the progress and the crew finished early. Crew was great, very respectful of the house, worked hard, and really knows what they are doing. I am very proud of my front yard.”
