“From the very beginning until the end of the project we had a wonderful experience. The design, initial sketch and pricing, all was done during the first visit in a timely manner. We were really happy with the carpenter who did the work, he was very careful and respected our requests. It made all the difference for us. We did our master bedroom walk in closet and pantry. “Guy, who is the Shelf Shop Guy, provided us with great service when we needed new bookshelves put in on three of the four walls of my study. He gave sage advice about the details of the design and then, after visiting and making detailed measurements, created a much more sensible plan than we ever would have come up with by ourselves. Just a few days after we okayed the design, his installer, Jesse, arrived and put everything up in very little time for a reasonable sum of money. The bookshelves are handsome and take up very little space in my study, which is a small room in a Manhattan apartment. In the next month or two, we'll probably have him back to create a new design for bookshelves elsewhere in the apartment. We've already been receiving raves from friends and casual visitors about how elegant yet utilitarian the shelving is. We recommend Guy and Jesse and the Rakks metal shelving without reservation.”
