“I needed to upgrade the closet doors in my home and compared Interior Door and Closet Company (ID&CC) to a competitor after receiving both of their fliers in the mail. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”

“This morning as I was putting clothes in one closet I realized that I have had not written a promised review of Classy Closets and that it has been almost 15 months since they were installed. But, I wanted to share how amazing the people and products of Classy Closets are. Here is my review: Choose Classy Closets! I have a decent size condo in North County but the storage space is limited, or rather WAS limited. Last Fall, I started researching custom closets. Between on-line, do-it-yourself closets (which I knew I wouldn't have the time for, and would probably mess up, since this old condo's right angles are few and far between) and the two big closet companies that I see advertising in junk mail (whose reviews made me cautious), I started looking at local vendors. Just a note,...ALL the local vendors beat the prices of the two big name vendors (California something, Closet something...) and Classy Closets beat them all.w After several quotes and home visits from several, local companies, all of whom were really good and professional, I chose Classy Closets and have been happy since. My condo had limited storage, now it has amble storage. Brooke, who designed, quoted, and coordinated the closets and installation was very personable, patient, attentive to detail, prompt, and organized. Best of all, she was not pushy at all. Todd and Jenna on the day of the install, arrived at my door at 9am, the time agreed upon. They were actually parked about 10 ten minutes early and rang the doorbell at 9am exactly. They removed and disposed of my old closets with great care, repainted needed areas (with paint I provided as agreed upon), and finished the installation of the new closets in a master and side bedroom in less time than anticipated. They were incredibly courteous and obviously mindful of being in a customers home, as they continually cleaned along the way. When they departed, both bedrooms were probably cleaner than they were when they arrived, and the closets looked amazing. They did encounter the lack of right angles in one of my closets but Todd and Jenna were able to come up with solutions that worked aesthetically and functionally. I've had vendors and contractors in my condos before, but Todd and Jenna were the best. Thank you!!! The people at Classy Closets do amazing work and ensured I was satisfied from the very first phone call to the time Todd and Janna left. Thank you for reading this long review. I know buying custom closets is a significant, financial investment. I wanted to share with you a company that did a great job without the sticker shock of the big name closet companies. “We got our window shutters installed. They gave us the best design solution with the best price. The consultation was done very professionally, and he knew the product very well. The installer was fast, very clean, quiet, and very respectful of our space - he took his shoes off in the house and laid blankets before he started working. The execution of installation was beautiful, and still looking great. We couldn't be happier with our shutters. The only downside was how long it took to get them installed. We understood that it would take over a month to build the custom shutters, but after the shutters were ready to install, we had to schedule the installation and we had to wait another 3 weeks. I wish we would have been told to schedule the installation beforehand.”

“I was satisfied with the sales service, the cost, the production and the final product. My sales person Laura was professional and patient. She designed a personalized walk in closet for us. The cost was reasonable, competitive to most place i compared to. The production team was fine, but I didn't like them poking around my bedroom. The final product turned out beautiful. Although there was one missing piece, Laura came back to fix it within a week. Overall I was satisfied with them, I'd recommend them to others.”

“I cannot say enough about Brittney Stegermen and Conquering Clutter. We purchased a home that needed all of the closets to be redone to be functional and to serve our needs (we don't have a ton of storage otherwise, so we needed shelving in addition to typical hanging space). Additionally, we have a lot of different clothing items to accommodate (including extra long gowns and heavy military uniforms). In consulting with closet organizers, we received bids from both Conquering Clutter and California Closets and we could not be happier that we went with Conquering Clutter for the customer service, cost, and quality. Brittney was just the best. Super responsive and available almost 24/7, so was able to respond professionally and courteously to all of our random questions, design tweaks, and concerns. We had some specific design requests, like black hardware, and she was able to accommodate all of it. The night before our install, I had a moment of panic at 10:30 that the design had not taken into account an internet fixture on our wall and the team would not be able to install a back panel. Not only did Brittney respond to my late night text, she actually looked up our design, saw that the panel was not noted, but assured me that the installation team would have everything on hand to accommodate. The installation team was truly top notch. We had four closets to completely demo and install and they were on time, efficient, and super courteous of our home. They covered everything, from the floor where they staged the closet pieces to the area where they put their tools to the walking path they took through our house. When I needed to have the height of one of the hanging spaces adjusted, at the end of a long day, they happily accommodated me. They were so friendly, worked a literal eight-hour day to get the job done with no down time, and left our home in the same condition as when they entered. This may seem like it should be industry standard, but we are currently also going through a long and painful renovation where neither our design "professional" nor any of her vendors/subcontractors have done anything to protect or care for our home while in it. To have this team care so much was such a welcome change. We definitely plan to have Brittney back out to help us with our garage and cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!”
