“Paul Cole of Cole Design Studio was a referral which we are very pleased to have checked into. We met Paul at his home office along with his welcoming committee, Charlie and Bella, two extremely lovable dogs. We got right down to business discussing the construction of a home on land we purchased some time ago and what our budget would allow. Paul's portfolio of completed designs, plus our own thoughts were put to paper in a very professional and expeditious manner. Paul worked with us, making suggestions when we were unsure of our design and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. The final plan is one we cannot wait to have built.
In the interim, we asked Paul to design a two and a half car garage with an apartment above to be constructed adjacent to the home Paul was designing. The plan was exactly what we had in mind and Paul was able to maximize limited space to create a very comfortable living area. Construction of the garage/apartment is almost completed.
If you choose Cole Design Studio you will have the pleasure of working with someone who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Your Paul Cole designed home will be lovely to look at and extremely well structured. It will be a home you and future generations will enjoy.

“I met Will over 10 years ago when he was the project Architect on a complicated multi million dollar oceanfront home my company was building. This is not an easy position to fill and he did an excellent job. We formed a good relationship and for more than a decade Will has done design and CAD drafting work for my company.
I have found him to have superior design skills, takes direction very well, completes his work on time and has respect for budget constraints.
Most recently we have been working together on the shop drawings for all of the interiors of an apartment in Manhattan, NY. This has been a difficult and demanding project and as usual Will has performed very well.

“Robert Maixner was the designer and architect of my home built in 2003 -2004 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My home is the pride of my community being a southwestern contemporary design. Robert was creative and incorporated the natural setting of my home as it sits high up in the foothills. He listened to my desires for maximizing passive solar properties and for creating unique features such as built in shelving nooks, lighting, high ceilings, a courtyard, and many other characteristics which make it truly a custom home. Now, as my family has grown, he is currently adding a 300 ft2 study with a spiral staircase leading to a viewing deck for an unobstructed 360 degree view of the mountains and city. I can't imagine working with any other architect , he is a real professional.”

“My husband and I hired Jim Ogden to design our master bathroom and guest bathroom. The project was a complete tear down to the studs and included new floors, walls, and fixtures. Jim developed multiple floor options and we choose the features we liked best and combined two of the options. Since we had decided to stay within the existing space, design that incorporated form, function, and efficiency were paramount. Jim always had an interesting approach to our ideas and his attention to detail is seen in the finished product. He was always pleasant to work with and we can say without hesitation that we were completed satisfied in every respect.
