We were on the same "page" throughout the design process; they respected my suggestions when they made sense and politely declined when they didn't. The home is very livable and I look forward to spending time there every day. Once the contractor took over, TPA had at least one architect on site whenever needed by the builder and often many times per week. New drawings came within hours of request by the contractor. I would use TPA again on any construction I was involved in.”
