She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. We still have a ways to go, but she is willing to work with you on what services you need in regards to your budget, which I appreciate. I've been in Real Estate for 13 years, and one thing I've learned is when you find great vendors, partner with them, keep using them and refer them! I've referred Studio 3 to two people / clients with different styles and both have been thrilled to work with her. “Linder was the designer/architect on a transformation of my detached 2-car garage into a photography and exercise studio. He negotiated the complex requirements -- even more complex because it was in Palo Alto where there are a lot of rules -- and also was really sensitive to the look and the finishing touches. The result was award-winning, but the project itself was a pleasure because of Linder and his colleagues. Linder was also the designer/architect on an inhouse remodel done earlier in which we transformed a dining room that was a traffic choke point in the house into a great room which is now the place we spend most of our time.
