“I was introduced to Bess through a previous Designer I worked with who was retiring her business. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. “We worked with Devendra on duplex remodel project in Sunnyvale. Our project scope was quite large and had to be done in phases. We have completed first phase of the project (interior remodel with significant changes in the layout for first unit) and got our plans approved from the city without any iterations. We are working on the second phase of our project (600 sq ft addition with interior remodel for second unit). Devendra visited site more than once and ensured all our open questions are answered before starting the project.
