“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see!

“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project.
Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision.
Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control.
