When she came to our house to measure, she was very professional but could see already things that I had not thought about in the addition. She submitted the plans to the review board and then came with me to the meeting. The board had a change that they wanted and she made that immediately. I was impressed with how well she merged the plan for the addition with the existing house. It was hard to tell that it was an addition. While she was making the changes, my son asked for a window in the mudroom and she gladly did this. I am so pleased with what she designed for us. “Rod Sidley Architects designed and supervised a complete remodel of our 1950 ranch. The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted, and we added a new office, bedroom, bathroom, Master bedroom, Master bath, walk in closet, and downstairs rec room. Rod initially presented us with three options, and we were able to pick the one that best met our needs and budget. From there, he oversaw the project every step of the way, including demolition, construction, selections (insulation, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc.) and finishing. He managed our contractor and made sure they were working according to the blueprints and our specification.
