“Conrad worked with us on our kitchen/home remodel over the course of a year. We went through many iterations before coming to a final decision on the project.
Every step of the way Conrad was thorough, passionate, open-minded and supportive. The fact that he is based in Santa Fe, while we live in Burbank was not an issue.
We started with a decent sized 1920's kitchen (with next to no counter space) that was not set up efficiently. We got endless counters and cabinets in a gorgeous, sun filled kitchen with an awesome breakfast nook. He's a master at maximizing space. He made sure the changes flowed well with the rest of the house. The house actually feels larger and we didn't add any square footage.
Conrad is an artist and consummate professional. I recommend him unreservedly.”

Our designer, Vahid, was amazing at taking our scattered ideas and putting them into a coherent, beautiful, design. Vahid was also great in working with us to find a contractor who could do the quality of work demanded by Passive House within our budget.
