He did conceptual drawings and then the full set of plans for a major remodel on our Spanish revival home in 2009. We had alot of our own ideas and he respected them, all the while adding his own input and rolling it all together into a stunning final result. Most of the work centered around a kitchen remodel and adding a covered back porch and entry from the driveway. There was also a bath room laundry room, office area and dining room with a fireplace. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated with us every step of the way. We ran into some structural problems along the way, and Eric Knutson took care of hiring a structural engineer for us so that we did not lose too much time with new plans, changes, etc. He helped us stay on budget and on track in regards to all the renovations and changes needed.
