“I live in Manhattan and have a country house in the Catskills upstate. The house is a contemporary design built in the mid 1970's. The "bones" were great but the aesthetic was completely wrong. We had Kimberly redesign the interior of the entire house - from moving electrical work, plumbing, windows and walls to choosing finishes and fixtures. She is amazing and I have referred her to many friends and clients. Next.... the apartment.”

“If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote. We will work with Chad again in the future and we highly recommend him for all of your architectural needs. (Tusten, NY)”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

KBN handled each step of the process in perfect timely manner and professionalism. “Archisegno was the perfect Architectural firm for us. They worked with us on our entire design, incorporated all of our ideas, and developed the plans to make our dreams a reality. When we wanted some changes they made them for us. BUT did a great job of incorporating our original thoughts and ideas into the plans as they presented them to us. So the selections were more what we liked BEST vs... having to make significant changes to the design. The team lead by Felicia was understanding of our needs and wants and designed layouts that suited what our overall dreams were. They also had a great detail in structure and ensuring everything was done properly so our completed home was not only beautiful but structurally sound as well. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and design and highly recommend them to everyone!”
