“Where do we begin? Stephanie Osorio went above and beyond during all aspects of our project. We wanted to build an ADU, it was our first project, and we were GREEN. Stephanie was with us from day one, and walked us through every step. She was attentive, beyond knowledgeable, listened to all of our questions and concerns, and offered suggestions but was never pushy. After we obtained permitting from the city, Stephanie was MVP during the building stage. She was the necessary bridge/mediator/therapist during some challenging times between us and the contractor (even though it wasn’t part of her job description), and we can honestly say we’re not sure how the project would have ended up without her expertise and excellent people skills to guide the project through to completion. As a result, the finished product is beautiful, and we would recommend her 100 times over.
