“Lars did a complete remodel of our home including reengineering ceilings and floorplans. He was very active in the construction process and was on site on a regular basis making sure things were done correctly and to specifications. He is wonderful to work with and has a keen eye for detail that is rarely seen in the work ethic today. His ideas are very creative and he is obviously an extremely intelligent individual. We would highly recommend him for any residential work of any scale. This is the third time he has helped us with a residential modification. Incidentally, he also designed an office building for us approximately 10 years ago and that you went well. We would recommend him highly to anyone!”

“My wife and I commissioned Dyehouse Comeriato (Frank Comeriato) to help design/plan a complete renovation of a 6,500 single family home in Naples. We had some very specific features we wanted to incorporate into the redesign but had limitations due to setbacks and various space limitations. Frank has been incredible in helping us with a great mixture of creativity and patience. As Frank translated our design intent into plans, he gently pointed out where certain trade-offs might exist. We realized the design process would evolve, though we underestimated how many revisions we would ask Frank to consider and plan out for us. At every turn, Frank has been extremely attentive, accessible and a great listener. His commitment has been to help us design the home in which we want to live, versus being weighed down by his or others' preferences. That said, he has always shared his opinion when asked and his knowledge has helped us avoid some serious design errors. We can't recommend Frank and his firm highly enough.”
