“Mark was recommended to us by a local contractor, and he turned out to be great throughout the entire process. He did conceptual drawings and then the full set of plans for a major remodel on our Spanish revival home in 2009. We had alot of our own ideas and he respected them, all the while adding his own input and rolling it all together into a stunning final result. Most of the work centered around a kitchen remodel and adding a covered back porch and entry from the driveway. There was also a bath room laundry room, office area and dining room with a fireplace. He was very pleasant to work with (easy going, nice guy, etc) which helps enormously when you're trying to get the mental images of what you want on to paper. One thing still stands out is that his plans were so thorough and full of so many details. Very impressive work, and our project wasn't easy.”

“Knutson Architecture provided us with plans for a complete renovation/addition on a 1915 home in Sacramento. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated with us every step of the way. We ran into some structural problems along the way, and Eric Knutson took care of hiring a structural engineer for us so that we did not lose too much time with new plans, changes, etc. He helped us stay on budget and on track in regards to all the renovations and changes needed. I would highly recommend Knutson Architecture for any job needed...big or small. It was a complete pleasure working with them!”

“I recommend Wallis Design Studio. We were out of town clients working with Robert and his staff to redesign/remodel a home in El Dorado County. It is a challenge to be 400 miles from your property during the design process. They are patient, efficient, informative and creative. One staff member even worked during holiday closure to be sure that our plans were submitted timely to the county planning department by a deadline that, if we had missed, could possibly have cost us more in fees. Great job. Can't wait to see the finished product.”
