Hampton Architecture took care of all the details to get us an approved building permit with Gunnison County (one of the more stringent building code requirement Counties in the State of Colorado). Hampton Architecture proposed a building solution that would minimize our need for local labor – SIP. During the build, Ethan was available for the very few time necessary to clarify plan details – there were 4 total clarifications needed. In the end, we finish with a cabin of our dreams, built within the schedule and budget that we could afford.
