We survived 7! public hearings with heavy revision. Jack remained true to my original vision while accommodating the requirements of many other visions of what my house needed to be. His price was fair, his manner engaging and open. My house won an award and i gained a valued friend. He and and his staff are the best architectural firm ever.”

“Just bought a garage house plan from them for a build next spring. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out the plan and going over the modifications I wanted made. Everything was doable and they were very friendly to work with. When the plans arrived they were easy to print out and read and had plenty of details to work from. We can't wait to break ground this coming spring.”

Joana was able to provide her help from the conceptualization of our project through to the negotiation with our contractors which was invaluable given our inexperience with this type of project. “Be assured that you will be in excellent hands with Stacy at SKM Design. We can not recommend her highly enough! We did not use an architect or designer for our previous 2 renovations and I wish we had known Stacy then. We literally have no regrets with the layout or design choices in our current house. We have a 1920’s traditional colonial and she was excellent at marrying the character of our older home with today’s modern amenities. She leaves no stone unturned, keeps her eyes on the budget, works quickly, is a task master and will come up with a design plan that fits your lifestyle and budget. Stacy will also help you refine or identify your aesthetic if you don’t already have one. For our renovation, she facilitated the bidding process and managed our project every step of the way. She was able to recommend 3 builders for the bidding and a slew of tradespeople. She‘s also a joy to work with and an outstanding human being- you will love having her around.”
