“From the time we first met Scott in person, we felt completely confident in his abilities to help us design our first home. Scott was extremely personable and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, which was no easy feat since we have little experience with the home design process. He is very knowledgeable in Michigan code and energy-efficient homes and made some great suggestions on how we could increase the R value of the house, which was very important to us. He offered advice about which type of insulation to use, what windows would be most cost-effective yet eco-friendly and how geothermal could be used in our home. “I can't say enough great things about our experience working with AZD on our dream home! This is NOT the only architect that we looked at and based on their creativity, personalities involved and the work they've done for us we definitely made the right choice. I also very much liked that they had a clear pricing model that was concise. Other architects that we met with in the area couldn't provide us with much clarity and only left us more confused on how much it might cost.
