“Kieth has helped us for a number of years with his drafting skills. He is very knowledgeable of construction and understands very well how things are built, this understanding has helped us to come up with solutions that allow me as a contractor to stay on budget as well as resolve project difficulties within budget. He explains the process very well and lays out a realistic time line for clients. He follows through and keeps his word. Keith is a pleasure to work with, his dealings are fair honest and he is a man of his word. I would regard him as the best draftsmen I have ever worked with.”

“When we hired David Lund to design our kitchen, new bathroom and new mudroom, we weren't sure what to expect. We had never undertaken such a large remodeling project before and we were overwhelmed with getting the layout exactly right and incorporating all the "little extras" we wanted in our dream kitchen. David took a pile of tear sheets that we'd saved, listened intently to our desires and concerns, and came back with plans that were so complete that even our contractor commented they were the best plans he'd ever worked with. What's more, David's suggestions for design picks completely changed the way we think about making choices for our home. He opened our eyes to options (hello, green penny tile!) that we would have never considered, and made us become better home decorators. He also retained the integrity of our nearly 100-year-old home by making countless choices that are consistent with its design period. When the project was complete it was not only exactly what we wanted, but was also filled with details we didn't know we wanted until he put them into place. We have a lot of envious friends.”

“Jeff did the design on our condo in downtown Minneapolis as well as the remodel of our Naples, FL condo. He did the overall design as well as overseeing the work. Both were very tasteful and exactly what we were looking for, it could not have been better. The Minneapolis condo (Rock Island Lofts) was designed and built out in about summer of 2004, and the Naples condo in summer of 2011.”

We were drawn to his work as it reflected the style we were seeking. When we met with Steve, we were impressed with how he listened to our vision and our ideas. He then came up with a design that surpassed our expectations. His experience shined as we had challenges with structural issues but Steven knew when to bring in additional resources to help make the best decisions. “Project involved complete remodel of home basement into office, handicap bathroom, bedroom, laundry, mechanical room and storage. Space utilization and efficiency were critical. Architect was highly professional, accommodating and thorough. She worked closely with the general contractor regarding layout details to meet customer requirements and desires. Multiple plan details were revised promptly. She listened to customer issues very well, did not "push" us one way or the other and was a delight to work with. P.S. We have very high standards for quality and are knowledgeable in construction.”

“Scott was easy to work with and did an excellent job in helping us design the house we wanted. The results were excellent and we bid his finished plans out for build. Got three quotes and the project came in on time and on budget. Scott prepared a 3-D rendition that proved really helpful in giving us a feel for what it would look like and giving us a chance to make changes so that our change orders during the construction process was held to a minimum.”
