“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

John was able to ask the right questions to not only help the homeowner decide what they wanted, by also to help in the efficiency of the overall project, weather it be a new build or renovation. One of the key's to John's success is his construction background which in turn allows him to see the project from a builders perspective during the design process. As a General Contractor this is a huge benefit for both the client and the builder on any project. “Martin Sandino was referred to me by Build Zoom in mid 2021. Mr. Sandino was able to take my concept and ideas and transform them into a complete set of architectural drawings and successfully navigate the complexities of Maricopa County planning and zoning for permit approval. My project included a 950sf addition encompassing a new en suite spa, master bedroom and his & her walk in closet. This job also included tear out and relocation of the existing bathrooms as well as other modifications to the existing home. All of this was accomplished during the height of the pandemic via online meetings, texts, emails and telephone calls. Other than an initial visit by his associate in his Phoenix Metro office, I have never met person to person with Mr Sandino. A frequent comment from the bidding contractors is they have never seen a set of design/prints as detailed on a residential project. Mr Sandino always replied promptly to my questions with detailed explanations and suggestions for improvement or alternatives when I was unsure and needing guidance. I would not consider undertaking any future project without the services of Mr Sandino. I could not recommend him more highly.”
