They were always approachable and receptive to our ideas.
We had seen some of their previous work which we liked.
We would not hesitate in recommending them.

“It is a pleasure to be able to recommend Greg Bond of Atelier Bond to provide architectural design services. We worked closely with Greg to design our family home and recently moved in! The brief was to design an upgrade and extension to an early 1900s villa preserving the character of the original home at the same time linking it to a modern open plan extension to meet the needs of a young family. Greg was thorough in his ground work to understand our needs and wants and provided innovative suggestions to maximise space and light and minimise cost. Greg provided advice regarding the Council approval process and when we faced difficulties with Council approval (due to poor handling of the application by Council) Greg provided fantastic support to get the approval for the design we wanted. Greg was flexible, patient and responsive and, importantly, upfront and transparent in relation to fees. Greg's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we ended up with a high quality home that meets our needs was evident from day one and continued even beyond the scope of his formal engagement as he kept a close eye on our builder! We are absolutely loving our "new" home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atelier Bond.”

“I have highly recommended Bohdan Dorniak architects to anyone considering a new build, renovation or an addition. Bohdan and his team are very knowledgable, professional and friendly.
I first met Bohdan Dorniak in 2010, when my wife and I attended an open day at the Food Forest in Gawler, South Australia. Bohdan gave a presentation on energy efficient homes and passive solar design. Then he led a tour of the many straw bale buildings and structures on the property, providing lots of useful information and answering questions.
We were impressed with Bohdan and his team and in 2011 engaged Bohdan Dorniak Architects to design an extension for us.
We found Bohdan very easy to work with. He listened to our wants and needs and was able to incorporate these, along with site specific and budget restraints, council requirements and
many green and eco design considerations, into a chohesive design. He contributed many of his own ideas and solutions along the way, such as a compact three way bathroom design that feels spacious and has a great flow, despite a very small footprint.
Bohdan and his team liaised which council, got us planning and building approval and was happy to assist with any issues as they arose throughout the building process.
To summarise, we had a very positive experience building with Bohdan Dorniak architects and can highly recommend.
